Following the last announcements made by Japan Post, it's temporarily impossible to send mail by ePacket (delivery mode we usually proposed on Cardotaku.com). The measure concerns some countries of the European zone like France, but not the totality because Belgium or Spain are not concerned and can still choose the e-packet proposed on our site.
If your country is concerned by this restriction and therefore cannot be delivered by Japan Post, then the ePacket shipping method will be automatically disabled in the shipping method selection step.
Don't worry, you can still continue to order on Cardotaku and especially receive your orders quickly by using DHL or FedEx shipping methods.
