Due to Typhoon "Lan" delivery delays are to be expected

Due to Typhoon "Lan" affecting Japan and more particularly Kansai (where Cardotaku and two airports are based), delivery delays are to be expected.

Indeed, there is no guarantee that carriers FedEx, DHL and Japan Post will be able to collect and dispatch packages between August 15 and 17, 2023.

For the safety of our teams, we may also prefer to work from home on Tuesday August 15 (and possibly August 16). Your orders will therefore take longer to prepare and dispatch.

Tracking numbers may take longer to become active, and parcels may be held up for several days at our premises or at the airport.
